Happy New Year everyone! I am so happy to be catching you at the beginning of the year when the collective energy is strong for creating an amazing year for yourself. And it is not unrealistic to expect that you can make dramatic changes in your life this year...that is if you use the right tools and put in the time every day. I'm talking about 20 minutes every day, and that's all you can put in on my Belief Changing Process that I will begin to tell you about in this newsletter.

You see, 20 minutes is just the right amount of time to get things rolling and leave remaining unfinished stimuli to activate the subconscious mind. And how much easier to release the work to the subconscious mind after putting in 20 minutes on this Belief Changing Process each day.

I have developed a process which I guarantee will give you a shift in the way you see yourself and in the way you see what is possible for yourself.

As you read through the rest of the newsletter, think about how this might help you to have an easier, more joyful, or more productive life. Then decide for yourself if it's worth 20 minutes of your time a day to accomplish this. I always say, "If not now, then when?"

I encourage you to commit to try this for just one week and then if it's not worth your time, just throw it out.

Do You Feel Like Something is Missing From Your Life?


Do you feel like something is missing from your life?




What stops you from having the life you yearn for?




If you don’t have the fulfillment and joy in your life right now that you want, there is a very specific reason for this.




The reason is that you are operating with Limiting Beliefs.




What are Limiting Beliefs?




Your Limiting Beliefs will be one of these Categories:

  1. I’m not good enough (so I don’t deserve my good).
  2. I'm defective (flaw ed in some way), so I can't have what I want.
    1. I’m too old/young.
    2. I have too much/too little weight.
    3. I’m too un educat ed / educat ed .
    4. I’m too smart/dumb.
    5. I’m too ugly/pretty.
    6. I’m too tall/short.




Limiting Beliefs keep you playing small and missing the things you want in life.




The Good News is that you can Change Limiting Beliefs.




Here’s the most important thing I share with my clients to help them accomplish what they want in life:




What we believe is possible in the world and what we believe is possible for ourselves actually controls what we do, create, and have in our lives. So the question I ask you is, “If our beliefs control all of our behavior, then why would you allow yourself to have limiting beliefs running your life?”


Belief Changing Process, step by step method

Here’s a step by step method to begin to disengage negative or limiting beliefs and start to activate more positive and rational beliefs instead.

Below is the first part of this process. D o this every day, spending 20 minutes a day (no more than 20 or it won't work). NOTE: The reason for the time limit is that we are activating subconscious processes and by not "finishing it”, or doing it for such a short time. This is intentional because, the subconscious mind will take over and work on it until the next time you pick this up. You will find fresh new material comes in by doing it this way.

(do this for 10 minutes)

  1. Begin by writing a page of stream of consciousness thoughts to clear out the top layer of thoughts you are carrying around. Use this time to complain, vent - in fact see if you can think of every situation you would like to complain about or mourn and write it down. The purpose of this is to purge, so don’t try to make it legible or grammatical. The point is to just get these things out on paper so that they will now be external from your body, and you don’t have to carry them around anymore. Don’t go back over this writing again. Dispose of it right away.



    (do this for 10 minutes)



  2. Search for a negative belief that has been ruling your behavior for a long time, keeping you from getting what you want. Write it down here.




    1. How is this belief absurd or ridiculous? Write all the ways that it is absurd.





    2. Ask yourself, “If I keep this belief, what will it cost me over the next year; over the next 5 years, in the following areas:
      1. Physically - what will I be like physically if I keep this belief?
      2. Emotionally - what will my emotional state be if I keep this belief?
      3. Relationships - how will this belief affect my relationships?
      4. Financially - how will this belief affect my finances?
      5. Family - how will it affect my family?






    3. What new belief would I rather have instead of this one?





    4. List 3 times or situations where you have act ed on this new belief, even though you may not have realized that you had this new belief.

        How did you feel in these instances?
